  • LinkedIn (personal profiles and Company Pages)
  • YouTube (via Google API)
  • X (formerly Twitter)

  • Google My Business
  • Other platforms including Discord, Telegram, Mastodon, Bluesky, Twitch, Kick, Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, WordPress, Farcaster, Nostr, VK, Skool, MeWe, and similar networks

The following describes how BR Digitals handles data when integrating with any of these platforms:

  • Authorization: Access to a client's social media account is granted only after the client completes the platform's OAuth or equivalent consent flow and explicitly authorizes BR Digitals.
  • Data Accessed: Upon authorization, BR Digitals may access the client's basic profile information (such as username, display name, avatar, and account identifiers), publish content to the client's account with the client's prior approval, and retrieve the client's published content and basic performance analytics.
  • Purpose: All data accessed through any connected platform is used solely to provide the contracted social media management service to the authorizing client.
  • No Sale of Data: BR Digitals does not sell, rent, or share client social media data with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
  • Data Retention: Social media data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon termination of the engagement or revocation of access, BR Digitals will delete the client's social media data from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
  • Revoking Access: Clients may revoke BR Digitals' access to any connected social media account at any time through that platform's account settings or by contacting BR Digitals at info@brdigitals.com.
  • Compliance: BR Digitals handles platform data in accordance with each platform's Developer Terms of Service, Platform Policies, and applicable privacy laws.

Platform-Specific Notes

TikTok: BR Digitals uses the TikTok Login Kit, Content Posting API, and Display API. We access basic profile information, publish videos with client approval, and retrieve published video data and analytics. Use is governed by TikTok's Developer Terms.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp Business): BR Digitals uses the Meta Graph API and Login. We access Page and account information, publish posts and stories with client approval, and retrieve Insights data. Use is governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

LinkedIn: BR Digitals uses the LinkedIn Marketing Developer Platform and Share API. We access profile and Company Page information, publish posts with client approval, and retrieve engagement analytics. Use is governed by the LinkedIn API Terms of Use.

YouTube (Google): BR Digitals uses YouTube API Services. Use of YouTube API Services is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). BR Digitals does not store YouTube user data beyond what is necessary to provide the service, and clients may revoke BR Digitals' access through their Google security settings at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

X (formerly Twitter): BR Digitals uses the X API to publish posts with client approval and retrieve analytics. Use is governed by the X Developer Agreement.

Pinterest: BR Digitals uses the Pinterest API to publish Pins with client approval and retrieve analytics. Use is governed by the Pinterest API Terms.

Use of Your Personal Data

BR Digitals may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring usage.
  • To manage Your Account as a user of the Service.
  • For the performance of a contract related to the services You have purchased.
  • To contact You regarding service updates or service-related information.
  • To provide You with news, offers, and information about services that may be of interest to You, unless You have opted out.
  • To manage Your requests directed to BR Digitals.
  • For business transfers, such as in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
